Consulting for Sustainable Prosperity
Community engagement & leadership
Being part of the Cook Islands community is central to who we are. Alongside our professional work, Tim and Lucile actively contribute their time, skills, and experience to initiatives that support people, youth, and the long-term wellbeing of the islands. Our involvement includes community sport and youth development, education governance, tourism sector leadership, and environmental stewardship through partnerships such as Marae Moana. These contributions reflect our belief that strong communities, healthy environments, and resilient local systems are essential to sustainable prosperity.
Tim serves as the Cook Islands National Coach for the Under-12 Boys, supporting youth development, teamwork, and leadership through sport.
Tim has served on the Cook Islands Tourism Council for five years, including two as Secretary, and currently leads the Environmental Portfolio, driving sustainable tourism initiatives and environmental stewardship.

We have been Community Outreach Coordinators for Marae Moana for several years, promoting ocean conservation through partnerships with Seacology and local communities.

Lucile served on the local school board, leading fundraising initiatives and assisting with staffing, including hiring teachers and the school principal, to support children’s education and community development.

Local environmental initiatives
As a family and through our work teams, we have actively participated in numerous clean-up projects, including beaches, underwater sites, and streams, contributing to the health and sustainability of the local environment.
Conservation support
We have also assisted the Takitumu Conservation Area with deratization efforts and post-storm restoration, contributing to the health and resilience of local ecosystems.
Permanent Residency by discretion
Tim and Lucile have been granted
Permanent Residency in the Cook Islands
by discretion of the Prime Minister in June 2023,
reflecting their long-term commitment to the country, its people, and its development.
