Founded by Lucile and Tim Meyer, we combine hands-on experience managing resorts and properties in the Cook Islands with international backgrounds. Our approach balances operational excellence, genuine care, and sustainable prosperity delivering solutions that create value for owners, guests, and communities.

Lucile MEYER
Co-Founder
Lucile grew up in Grasse, France.
She is a food engineer who works with a whole-of-business perspective, placing people at the centre of operations, systems, and decision-making. Her work spans back-office management, financial reporting, business operations, and HR, ensuring projects run efficiently and effectively while keeping sustainability and long-term impact at the forefront.
Lucile is passionate about developing a food innovation hub in the Cook Islands and exploring her roots in parfumerie, bringing together science, creativity, and place-based value.
Tim MEYER
Co-Founder
Tim grew up in Nordenham, Germany.
He is a sustainability strategist and brings deep expertise in operations, property maintenance, CAPEX management, team leadership, and training. He focuses on operational excellence, staff development, and systems optimisation, always with sustainability and environmental responsibility in mind.
Tim is passionate about innovative infrastructure solutions and would love to see a cycling lane around Rarotonga built using recycled plastics.
